EDUCATION: Development of skills through participation in the Erasmus+ program

The training is carried out through interactive work of the participants. During the education, the participants will be presented with practical examples and will be informed about the Agency of Mobility programs and EU programs. The participants will learn about mobility for individual education purposes, strategic partnerships within the Erasmus+ program and will be acquainted with filling out and analyzing project documentation.

Training duration: 12 hours

By the end of the training, the participants will learn to:
  • Notice the importance of participation in international projects and development of presentation, communication, digital and language skills since the early age
  • Strengthen the competencies of the participants
  • Create a positive atmosphere by participating in the projects
  • Contribute to the development of quality lifelong learning
  • Improve the quality work, innovations and the European dimension of system and practice in that area
  • Strengthen the contribution of lifelong learning to social cohesion, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, gender equality and personal fulfillment
  • Strengthen the role of lifelong learning in creating a sense of European citizenship based on understanding and respect of human rights and democracy as well as encouragement of tolerance for other nations and cultures

Goal of the training:
  • The training is intended for all educators, teachers, professors, professional associates and directors of preschools, primary and secondary schools
  • The Main goal is competence development of students through involvement in international projects and professional development of employees abroad

Teaching methods:
  • Audio visual presentations – interactive approach, experience exchange, surveys, panel discussion, workshops, videoconferences
  • The training is consisted of 3 modules
