By the end of the training, the participants will learn to:
- Notice the importance of participation in international projects and development of presentation, communication, digital and language skills since the early age
- Strengthen the competencies of the participants
- Create a positive atmosphere by participating in the projects
- Contribute to the development of quality lifelong learning
- Improve the quality work, innovations and the European dimension of system and practice in that area
- Strengthen the contribution of lifelong learning to social cohesion, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, gender equality and personal fulfillment
- Strengthen the role of lifelong learning in creating a sense of European citizenship based on understanding and respect of human rights and democracy as well as encouragement of tolerance for other nations and cultures
Goal of the training:
- The training is intended for all educators, teachers, professors, professional associates and directors of preschools, primary and secondary schools
- The Main goal is competence development of students through involvement in international projects and professional development of employees abroad
Teaching methods:
- Audio visual presentations – interactive approach, experience exchange, surveys, panel discussion, workshops, videoconferences
- The training is consisted of 3 modules
